Welcome to Tamil Monthly Calendar (“we,” “our,” “us”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes the process for reporting copyright infringement and our procedures for handling such reports.

1. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  2. “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

E. Signature

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

2. Counter-Notification (Counter-Notice)

If you receive a DMCA takedown notice and believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

  1. Your signature (electronic or physical).
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your area (for India: local court jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We respect the rights of copyright owners and comply with the DMCA. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Tamil Monthly Calendar has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

A “repeat infringer” is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once. We may terminate access to users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

4. Processing Time

We aim to respond to all DMCA notices and counter-notices within 10–14 business days of receipt. Notices that are incomplete or missing required content may delay processing.
